|Recommended: NoNo one is on one accord. Unable to communicate with Management. — I have moved out. Waiting for my lease is up. There has been a shooting incident since I lived there which is one of the reasons I decided not to go back. The rent is pricey for what you get, and the management is not helpful nor does the maintenance fix things in a timely manner. Plus you have to pay extra for parking an off street parking is limited, Overall if you are desperate then knock yourself out.

|Recommended: YesPoor parking, friendly staff, easy rent portal, dangerous roads — I would tell them its a community with little to no parking and dangerous roads into the property. But our house is awesome and the staff is A1

|Recommended: YesGreat Improvement — This is my first time renting an apartment and the new staff in the office Ashley and her staff have been amazing I cannot stress enough how different things are around the community. They respond to messages quickly and act like a friend when you come into the office, which is way different than management in the past. I know the new staff has a lot of messes to clean up but I think they are doing an excellent job so far
