|Recommended: NoI have been trying to resolve an issue with these people. The officials at the property can not make a decision and the officials at their home office will not communicate with you. We have made a dozen attempts and have yet to have any response or receive any type of resolution. I highly recommend to anyone to look for another place to rent at.
Mr. Schneider, we are shocked by your remarks as they pertain to our office staff, as we did everything within our means to accommodate your every request. Upon the initial request for a lease cancellation we relayed accurate information to Alexander Schneider - "that the lease did not allow for a lease cancellation as a result of his voluntary withdrawal from school". This was a response you all refused to accept; and therefore requested the assistance of corporate intervention. We facilitated this request and also communicated some response to you from corporate echoing that the contract lease document you and your son signed, did not allow for you to be absolved from the legal obligation of fulfillment as a result of him withdrawing from school; however, you all were persistent that you wanted to speak with the corporate office. We do acknowledge that this request was not promptly granted; however, to say that we were not able to "make a decision", because the decision that was made and relayed to you was one you were unwilling to accept is a miss-representation. Any circumstance wherein a resident is unhappy living within our community is an unfortunate one, wherein we are more than willing to do what is within our legal means to remedy! Your ask did not fit this description yet we were not unwilling to accommodate you within our means. We wish Alexander the very best in his future endeavors.
