|Recommended: YesSatisfied — The management changed 3 or 4 times just in the year I lived here. That goes to show that the office and management were not organized or professional. I was disappointed that the pool has not been open and it is so late in the summer. The pool was green. The pool should have been maintained throughout the whole year, not just when it came time for summer. The office is also supposed to be open for a few hours each day during the weekend but I went multiple times during the posted hours and it was closed.
The apartments themselves are nice and I enjoyed living in the space.

|Recommended: YesA perfect year — I'd say, for 2020-2021, the price as a wfu student here is awesome. And they have all professional apartments and very nice experience here.

|Recommended: YesThe property is very nice — I would tell them, I have been living there for about 2 -1 2 years, I have paid my rent on time, I have been a good resident, I am still in school, I didn't desert them during the pandemic. I stayed the entire school year of 2020-2021 however they would not renew my lease for the 2021-2022 school year. I would tell them Deacon Station was not loyal to me although I've been loyal to them.

|Recommended: NoIt was okay. — Maintenance for some things takes a while and some issues that needed to be fixed had to take multiple times. I asked for roommates who do not smoke, upperclassmen, etc in the survey. I got the opposite of what I asked for. There is no visitation parking. There WAS, but for some reason there isn’t one,

|Recommended: NoNeed better management — This property is very unorganized and unprofessional, staff is never in the office, matinence never actually fixes the problems in the unit. Have been having a stove problem since I moved in and yet it has not been replaced. they have gone through multiple leasing management and yet no one is still in the office when needed. they need to do better at being present for there residents. I would not recommend anyone to move here.

|Recommended: NoNeeds to work on guest parking tow company communication — There should be a new process for guest parking because there are plenty of parks in certain areas, but guests can't park there due to not having a parking pass. Also, why do we give our car's information when applying for our parking pass The tow company doesn't check our plates or care if we pay for parking. They just look to see if we have the right color parking pass.

|Recommended: YesIt is a good place to live, but there are issues — It's nice to be off-campus, but there are many rules, with fees that are not easy for people who are working college students. The quality of furniture and convience is also not worth the amount we pay.

|Recommended: NoNo one is on one accord. Unable to communicate with Management. — I have moved out. Waiting for my lease is up. There has been a shooting incident since I lived there which is one of the reasons I decided not to go back. The rent is pricey for what you get, and the management is not helpful nor does the maintenance fix things in a timely manner. Plus you have to pay extra for parking an off street parking is limited, Overall if you are desperate then knock yourself out.
