Individual Leasing: You'll lease your own individual bedroom with a private bathroom, so there's no arguing over who left the towel on the floor or who cleans the shower. Each person in the apartment is responsible for their own rent every month, so no need worrying if your roommate has paid their rent!

Utilities: All utilities are included in your rent, including electricity (cap applies), water, sewer, trash, cable in each bedroom, and wireless internet.

Amenities: The apartments are fully furnished with a furniture package and full appliance package, including washer and dryer, and a 42 inch LCD TV in every living room!
